2/24(水)に発売となるアルバム『REBOOT』のリード曲「SILVER RAIN」は
ライブの照明からインスピレーションを受けた造語。
この状況の中、ファンの皆さんとLIVEのステージで再会する状況をイメージして制作。
『REBOOT』＝再起動。アルバムタイトルに込めた想いを「SILVER RAIN」では、THE RAMPAGEの代名詞である「ダンス」で原点回帰し、改めて突き詰めることで「REBOOT」を体現しました。
完成したMVは、歌詞から感じた「闇を彷徨い やっと出会えた光」をテーマに制作。
それぞれの表現【歌とダンス】で光を照らすべく、THE RAMPAGE16人それぞれが主役となるシーンも詰め込まれています。
今作は飾った空間や表現を辞め、“メタリック”、“無機質”、“光”を基調としたシンプルな抽象空間のなかで、白と黒の2パターンの衣装に身を包んだ16人が迫力のある、一糸乱れぬパフォーマンスを見せています。
イントロとサビはTHE RAMPAGE王道の16shotパフォーマンス。
大人っぽさとセクシーさを前面に出しつつ、ダンスの構成としては移動を多く入れて、
各メンバーが一度は前に出てくる構成です。
間奏部分のパフォーマー13人Shotは、過去に例を見ないくらいのスピード感と迫力で、高難易度のフォーメーションダンスとなっています。更に「MA55IVE THE RAMPAGE」のRAPパートも作っており、新たなTHE RAMPAGEの表現が垣間見られる瞬間は必見です！

I'm pretty disapointed by this one. Let me explain why: Choreographies that have been seen and reviewed. I don't see any originality here. Also, I think sometimes Hiro should know how to say "no" to his boys. MA55IVE THE RAMPAGE is a thing, but I am not convinced that they are essential for this song. Their voices are so altered that we hardly recognize them. I'm glad if you liked this one, all of you (for real, and I'm not saying you have no (or bad) tastes lol). They are full of talent, and have done some great things. But for me, it's clearly one of the baddest they did (like all bands or singers, yep). EDIT : I would like to remind you that this is my opinion, I have the right to express it, and that you have the right to appreciate this music. Maybe I'll love the next one they make, but you won't. We may not share the same opinion, and that's totally okay. Love to you all ❤️

I also like Over, and 100 degrees. I'm glad you liked it, but I have the bad feeling of being some kind of enemy because I don't like this song. I didn't said the choreography was bad, I said that have been seen and reviewed. But it's not bad 😂 don't get me wrong please. It's just a question of tastes. Maybe I will listen it in a year and I will like it. We never know. :)
@μαιτή You like a lot but don't even choose one of them hm :) For me, even if I think that all of their songs are masterpiece I used to like their fiercer songs such as 100degrees, HARD HIT and FRONTIERS etc but this song has grown on me 1000% lol🤩 I can't stop watching and listening to it now and I don't care if the choraograhy is original when it has been done very well for the song. As always their dance is undoubtedly top-noche, thanks to it, very pleasing to my eyes. Especially the fighting krump dance scene by Kaisei and Makoto, never seen such a dance choriogroply in any MVs before. By joinning MA55IVE The Rampage, they won to imbue the song with depth in my opinion. Not everyone should like what most of us do ofc. Let's continue supporing them 💪

Yeah, I totally agree with you about MA55IVE autotune. I've seen them live without autotune in THROW YA FIST tour, and my ears blessed with their real voices. But, about the essential things, I personally think their part is essential in one way, which is to Introduce MA55IVE to more viewers and listeners. Because not all of them know about MA55IVE. About choreography, I think because Likiya (again) who was in charge (CMIIW). So, seems he put his signature move and again and again. And then most of them from the same dance school. So I'm not surprised when sometimes we got Deja Vu about the dance. I just hope one day, another member like Kenta, will make a the choreography for their main song, so we see the different vibes. (I'm not good with English, sorry).
